ORDERS: Our processing time is currently 6-8 business days. Once your item has been shipped, if you live in the US, first class mail usually takes 3-5 business days

Please note, if you do not live in the US you may be responsible for a customs charge from your country. The price you pay us covers the product, packaging and shipping fee, it does not cover taxes or customs that your country may have.

We aren't responsible for items lost in the mail, however if you contact us we will help you locate the package and/or work something else out.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We accept refunds and exchanges up to one week after it has arrived to you. The only thing we ask is that you cover the shipping and packaging cost, and that the item is in the same (unworn and unwashed) condition.
